Michele Bull
Program Development, Instructor, Bootcamp Alumna
Michele began her 12-year journey with the Department of Defense at the age of 16. As a Systems Engineer in the U.S. Intelligence Community, she was part of a team responsible for the design, building, testing and deployment of collection systems supporting our Nation’s mission and operational programs. In addition to many letters of appreciation from leaders within the community, she was formally recognized at multiple levels within the Department of Defense for her actions in support of the mission. Following her exemplary career in Government, Michele continued her service in the Public Sector as an employee of a small business contracted by civilian and intelligence agencies of the U.S. Government. It was here that she became a federal contracting growth professional, developing acute insights in the areas of market research, business development, capture management, and proposal management. In 2018, Michele joined The American Small Business Coalition, where she continues her service by developing and facilitating education, training, and coaching to leaders of companies providing goods and services to civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies.
Michele earned her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and is a wife, mother to two amazing scholar-athlete daughters, an avid cyclist, and a three-time Ironman finisher.
