T’was the night before Bootcamp,

and all through the day,

my mind had been pondering about the right way

To greet the final cohort of 2023

Who will join us in Hanover, Michele Bull and me

Each student with visions of success they will find

Using tactics and tools we’ll instill in their mind

The workbooks are printed and bound with great care

For answers to questions are written in there

 

The day it will start with a breaking of bread

So questions are asked without any dread

Introductions help students know with whom they are sitting

And teaming’s will form with intentions of bidding

On agency needs that fall into scope

Of abilities they have, big contracts are the hope

 

At the end of day one a social we host

With discussions about content that helped them the most

This happens amidst the munching of wings,

Deviled Eggs, Calamari and more yummy things

The next day continues teaching Customers vs Buyers

All of it feeding into their competitive fires

 

When all’s said and done and opinions are changed

From truths that were spoken,

Strategies rearranged

Minds are expanded, fog lifted from eyes

Confidence boosted to pursue a grand prize

Victory for their team is the direction they’re walking
