Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors® Bootcamp (Sept 2024)

September 17 @ 8:00 am - September 18 @ 5:00 pm EDT

WHAT IS BOOTCAMP?

Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors® Bootcamp is recognized as the undisputed champion for delivering high-value and high-octane knowledge and skills to federal contracting growth leaders and their teams. Bootcamp creates the perfect mix of information and skills development to fuel the success of your company’s growth engine. We achieve this by teaching proven business development processes and tactics, making govcon terminology more familiar, and presenting the best information resources that contribute to finding more viable opportunities, and winning them. Since 2009, novices and the most experienced involved in growth have benefitted from this body of knowledge and our expert facilitation.

The entire Bootcamp experience consists of two segments:

  • –  The 2-Day Immersion and,
  • –  Bootcamp Alumni Continuing Education.

Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors® Bootcamp meets the requirements of the EDUCATEEMPLOY, ENGAGE, and EXPLOIT elements of E-ssentials for Growing in Govcon™.

WHY DO WE CALL IT BOOTCAMP?

Because our approach and goals are similar to those of Military Basic Training programs, also known as boot camp. Every enlisted and commissioned member of the military begins their journey at boot camp where they are prepared for all elements of their upcoming service. Boot camp provides them the basic tools needed to perform the job of an Airman, Coast Guardsman, Marine, Sailor, Soldier or Guardian. Completing Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors® Bootcamp empowers both novice and very experienced federal contractors with unique knowledge and skills for finding, recognizing, and understanding information that is commonly overlooked by, or completely unknown to their peers. We prepare you to succeed as a growth professional in federal contracting.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE 2-DAY IMMERSION?

The start of Bootcamp is a carefully crafted workshop built on facts and decades of boots-on-the-ground experience in federal business development, capture management and strategy. As the name implies, the 2-Day Immersion is two consecutive days of in-person discussions and hands-on training. It’s called Immersion because you and your cohort of up to fourteen (14) others will be presented much information and terminology, many tactics, several tools, and quite a few resources. You won’t need them all today, or even tomorrow, but when you see them in 30, 60, or 90 days, they will be familiar enough that you’ll remember to refer back to your Bootcamp resources.
Immersion Outcomes
In no way is this an all-inclusive list, but we think you’ll find it useful. We have seen, and have been told by attendees they:
  • > were able to better identify business opportunities;
  • > increased their efficiency in finding relevant opportunities;
  • > discovered Product Service Codes at Bootcamp, and that using them revealed more opportunities than they had seen previously;
  • > learned about tools and resources they had never heard of that will save them time in identifying and pursing opportunities;
  • > felt the hands-on training and deep explanations about tools was excellent;
  • > found business opportunities, potential partners, and/or prospects during exercises on the first day;
  • > wish they had discovered Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors® Bootcamp years ago.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING ALUMNI CONTINUING EDUCATION?

For the next twelve (12) months following participation in the 2-Day Immersion, brand new Bootcamp Alumni gain access to unique resources to increase their ability to use the knowledge, tools, and resources they just experienced. In addition to discussion forums and group coaching calls, they receive access to drip content that touches on much of what was presented during the 2-Day Immersion and additional content not presented at Immersion. The objective is providing resources that can be quickly accessed at each alumni’s pace, so they get the maximum benefit from the overall Bootcamp experience.
